I’m seeking opportunities in Data Analytics, Technical Support, Customer Success, IT Administration and Remote Operations roles, where I can analyse data, troubleshoot issues, manage CRM/customer relationships, and support reliable business operations with strong remote collaboration.

I’m a motivated ICT graduate and Data Analyst with hands-on experience across software development, SQL database management, technical support, CRM systems, and remote sales operations. I turn data into clear reporting and practical recommendations, while staying focused on reliable delivery.

In my IT Intern role, I developed and maintained a C# booking application to improve operational efficiency and user experience. I designed and managed SQL database structures for data accuracy, built integrated online ordering systems, and supported system testing, documentation, and performance optimisation.

Through remote work as a Tech Sales Agent, I handled inbound and outbound sales calls, managed leads and customer records in CRM systems, and scheduled installations. I also provided remote troubleshooting support, guided customers through technical resolutions, and consistently met sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

I’ve supported business operations in client and sales administration roles by maintaining accurate client/policy records and preparing reports to support deal closures. I’m especially driven by analytics projects where I analysed datasets with Python and SQL and built Power BI dashboards for decision-making.
