What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Data Analyst or BI Analyst role where I can build dashboards, automate reporting, and turn SQL and BI outputs into decisions—while continuing to grow my skills with supportive teams and real business problems.

I’m a Junior Data Analyst and highly detail-oriented professional, currently completing full-time hands-on training in SQL, Power BI, Excel, Power Query, DAX, and ETL through Arcbyte Digital LTD. I focus on translating data into insights people can act on, not just reporting numbers.

In my trainee role, I built Sales and HR Analytics dashboards using Excel and Power BI, including drill-through reports, bookmarks, KPI cards, and star schema models. I also wrote SQL queries with joins, views, and stored procedures, then automated reporting workflows using Excel and Power Query to support faster decision-making.

Beyond analytics, I bring practical experience from IT support, business administration, and recruitment. I’ve resolved hardware/software issues, supported Microsoft Office users, maintained recruitment databases, and prepared reporting—experiences that strengthened my communication with stakeholders and my drive to improve efficiency.
