At Different Technology, I investigate CRM and user queries by reviewing case, profile, and validation information. I check records and system messages, resolve issues within my permissions or escalate them, and document outcomes.
In my credit-risk project, I built a structured workflow using SQL, Python, and Excel to examine data patterns. I also designed Power BI dashboards to present operational information clearly, and I'm completing a BCom Honours in Information Management at the University of Johannesburg.
