What I'm looking for
I’m an Executive Assistant with 8+ years of experience supporting VPs and Directors at IBM and Amazon, focused on bridging administrative needs with creative solutions. I bring order to complex environments through strong independent judgment and fast adaptation to emerging technologies.
In my current role at IBM, I manage complex global diaries, make independent decisions to align schedules with business priorities, and use Generative AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to draft scripts and communication—reducing turnaround time for creative requests. I also build information architecture by organizing and maintaining team workspaces in Trello and Notion, so stakeholders can find documentation quickly.
Previously at Amazon, I contributed to GEMBA projects to identify friction points and improve department infrastructure, and I’ve resolved complex technical issues in fast-paced environments. I complement operations with visual production—using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-assisted design (Adobe Firefly/Midjourney) to turn updates into clear, compelling content.
