At Lion Re:Sources, a Publicis Groupe Company, I managed Travel & Expense operations across the Americas, supporting approximately 5,000 annual business travelers and monitoring a corporate card program of approximately 3,500 cards. I analyzed quarterly dashboards covering spend, travel volume, policy compliance, agency performance, and trends.
I also played a key role in implementing the Brazil corporate card program, coordinating with the travel agency and Bradesco Bank on implementation, follow-up, and issue resolution. My work included collaborating with more than 30 travel agencies and supporting delinquent-account reporting and escalations.
At IBM, I provided executive and administrative support to Directors and Vice Presidents, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and processing expense reports. I also supported recruitment and onboarding for Executive Assistant positions and facilitated internal training sessions on Agile Leadership and Design Thinking.
