What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in business operations, technology, customer support, or data-driven work where I can solve problems, keep learning, and contribute through strong communication and analytical skills.

I'm supporting real-time customer service at Access Bank through live chat, resolving inquiries, complaints, and service requests while meeting response-time, resolution-time, and CSAT KPIs.

Previously at Globacom, I promoted products and services, achieved sales targets, resolved customer concerns, and maintained accurate administrative records.

My experience also includes classroom and laboratory instruction at Good News School, where I supported lessons, supervised practical sessions, and tracked student performance and attendance. At Neros Pharmaceuticals, I assisted with documentation, data organization, reporting, and quality-control procedures.

I hold a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Ilorin and bring interests in business operations, technology, and data-driven decision-making. I'm building my technical skills through Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, programming, data literacy, and project management training.
