At Rothschild Rentals, I run an 80+ vehicle car rental operation remotely from Tbilisi. I manage a team of 10 and own the operating budget, from payroll and bonuses to planning and expense tracking.
I owned the claims process end to end, recovering $700,000+ at a 99% success rate, including $120,000+ from a single Cybertruck total loss. I also negotiated coverage, Loss of Use and storage with insurers and credit-card providers under New Jersey regulation.
I brought fleet utilization to 75–90% through advertising and partnerships, and built an operating process library covering onboarding, reservations, availability and vehicle workflows. As the operation doubled, I led recruitment, screening 100+ CVs and conducting 30+ interviews.
