At Hotel, I managed reception operations, reservations, and guest requests, while coordinating with other departments to address guest needs. Earlier, I taught English at British Centre using the Callan Method and adapted lessons to students’ learning needs.
I studied International Relations at Georgian National University SEU and have also studied graphic design, with practical experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
