I am a hospitality professional with over 12 years of experience across reservations, sales, customer service, and office management. I have held various managerial roles and consistently supported hotel and aparthotel operations.

As a self-employed reservation manager since 2021, I handle seasonal reservations and administer social media accounts for multiple hotels, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient booking processes. Previously, I worked as an office manager (2018–2019) performing similar reservation and social media responsibilities.

From 2015 to 2017 I worked as a real estate sales manager on an elite construction project while simultaneously managing reservations for an on-site 15-room aparthotel, demonstrating my ability to multitask and manage client relationships.

I hold a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in English/Translator Supervision, plus courses in hotel opening management and business administration. I am skilled with CRM and OTA platforms and use tools like Outlook, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools to support operations.
