I'm looking to lead operations, customer excellence, or commercial workflows in a KPI-driven international environment where I can improve processes, develop teams, strengthen service quality, and resolve complex operational challenges.

I coordinated high-pressure airport operations at Qatar Airways and Lufthansa Group, maintaining SOP compliance, service standards, operational readiness, and customer experience.
