I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can support daily operations and customers—handling orders, account updates, and enquiries with accuracy. I want an organised team environment that values clear communication, reliability, and continuous learning.

I’m an organised and proactive administration and operations professional supporting day-to-day business operations in fast-paced environments. I bring strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and clear customer communication that keeps workflows running smoothly behind the scenes.

In my current role as a Customer Care Specialist (LykaPetFood – Hybrid, Melbourne), I manage customer accounts, order updates, delivery scheduling, and account changes with accuracy. I coordinate delivery updates, follow up on operational issues, and process refunds, replacements, and payment-related enquiries efficiently.

Previously, as an Administration Assistant (SereniTea – Melbourne), I supported ecommerce and customer orders end-to-end. I handled order processing and delivery coordination through email, phone, and online platforms, maintaining organised records such as invoices and inventory information.

Earlier, as a Front Desk Assistant/Animal Attendant (MrWoofles Dog Daycare & Boarding – Melbourne), I managed bookings, schedules, and day-to-day front desk operations while maintaining accurate customer records.
