At First Bank of Nigeria Ltd, I contributed across rewards, compensation, and employee relations—improving employee self-service and designing compensation analysis tools that reduced the time required to generate employee data for assessments. I also worked as a point of contact for disciplinary, performance, and grievance cases, supporting consistently effective case handling.

More recently, I’ve driven HR transformation initiatives, including revamping ER case management through integration with the Oracle HRIS module, automating reference documents, and supporting end-to-end onboarding enhancements like Project Tramline. I’m a systems-focused candidate (HRIS/operations) with active CIPD certification and a track record of collaborating with internal teams and vendors to deliver measurable improvements.
