Served as an Instructor for the Entrepreneurship Cycle Training & Mentorship Programme, facilitating two sets of training programs. Trained 25 participants on Entrepreneurship, Business Development, and Business Enhancement, and mentored them to start and grow businesses.

Oversaw the daily operations of Orbra ITC and acted as Board Secretary. Responsible for the development of financial processes and procedures, and liaised with all company stakeholders.

Focused on Public Sector/Government strategy design and implementation, coordinating training programs, workshops, and retreats. Developed and managed plans for data gathering, analysis, and findings stages of projects.

Planned and executed training programs in conjunction with third-party providers. Advised management on compensation, benefits, and other HR issues using HR data and reports.

Liaised with HR Managers, Senior Managers, Partners, recruiters, and hiring managers to generate offer letters and employee benefit packages, ensuring efficient onboarding of new joiners. Ensured appropriate pre-employment checks were carried out and assisted in organizing induction programs.

Managed the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies, and programs for schools, ensuring prompt issuance of employment contracts. Ensured adequate pre-employment and CRB checks were performed.

Responsible for all HR Administration and supported the HR Business Partner in the administration of the redundancy process. Coordinated with the payroll team to ensure timely payment of invoices and expenses.

Became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). This membership signifies a commitment to professional HR standards and continuous development in the field.

Achieved PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, demonstrating proficiency in project management methodologies. Applied structured approaches to project planning, execution, and control.

Completed a Master of Science degree focusing on Human Resource Management and Business. Gained advanced knowledge in strategic HR, organizational development, and business operations.

Obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication. Developed a strong foundation in communication theories, media studies, and public relations.
