I am currently the Sales Director at LiquidSpace, responsible for improving the sales growth and profitability of the company and partners. Leading the development and capacity building of staff in Microsystem Inv. Ltd and GoBranchless to improve the performance and satisfaction of the sales team. Providing advisory services to banks digital financial expansion.
In the major part of 2022 I was the Chief Revenue Officer at Accelerex Network, where I was responsible for driving the revenue growth and profitability of the company. Working with the team, we increased the monthly revenue by over 500% as at December 2022 (from the revenue as at June 2022). I also led the development and implementation of a new pricing strategy, customer reward program, marketing, and a cross-selling campaign that boosted customer acquisition retention and satisfaction.
Prior to that, I was the Head of Agency Banking at Union Bank of Nigeria, where I oversaw the operations and performance of over 20,000 agents (customers) across the country. I expanded the agent network and revenue by over 300% in 2021, by focusing on target locations to drive agent onboarding. During that time, I also initiated and managed some digital transformation project that improved the security, efficiency and quality of the agent services.
