What I'm looking for

I am looking for a fully remote position with an international company, while leveraging my background in Human Resources. At the same time, I aim to expand my knowledge in programming and develop new technical skills. I am an experienced Human Resources professional specializing in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate assessment. I have a strong background in matching the right professionals to the right roles, ensuring both employer and employee satisfaction. Currently, I work in an agency focused on domestic workers, handling the entire selection process, from screening candidates to verifying references and background checks.

I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently. My goal is to transition into a fully remote position where I can leverage my expertise in recruitment while expanding my skills in international hiring and HR technology. I am also passionate about learning and developing new strategies to optimize the recruitment process.
