What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can combine multilingual support, client management, CRM, and administrative coordination to improve customer experience and build lasting relationships.

I've supported visitors at major cultural sites in Rome, including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Baths of Diocletian, and Appian Way. I welcomed guests in multiple languages, managed visitor flow, addressed needs, and helped maintain a smooth, safe experience.
