What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver first-level remote support in a fast-paced environment—diagnosing hardware/software/network issues, documenting solutions, and training users with a customer-centric, proactive mindset.

I’m an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and supporting day-to-day systems for administration and staff. I’ve provided first-level technical support, handled printer & PC repair, maintained network connectivity, and operated AV equipment to keep events running smoothly.

I also bring training and documentation into every engagement—diagnosing problems, escalating complex cases when needed, and maintaining repair logs and network configurations. With recognition as Programmer of the Year and a cum laude graduate, I’m proactive, customer-centric, and ready to deliver remote first-level support in a fast-paced environment.
