I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my technical skills and grow in a supportive environment.

I am a dedicated and aspiring IT Technical Support professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. With hands-on experience gained through my internship at Caraga State University, I have developed a solid foundation in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as maintaining computer systems and networks.

During my internship, I played a key role in supporting the installation and configuration of various computer systems, while also creating documentation for common technical problems. My training in Python, C, and SQL, coupled with my participation in workshops like Natural Language Processing and PowerBI Data Visualization, has equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in the IT field.
