I ran my own computer café for six years, keeping daily operations smooth for multiple customers while managing hardware, software, network connectivity, inventory, records, and cash transactions.

I handled troubleshooting and preventive maintenance firsthand, resolving computer and software issues while maintaining a reliable day-to-day environment. I also created promotional materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

During my IT support internship at PhilMech, I provided first-level technical support to employees and helped troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and network devices. I installed and configured operating systems and software, maintained IT inventory and documentation, and assisted with network and system monitoring.

For my Barangay Information System capstone project, I collaborated on system design, analysis, testing, documentation, implementation, and database-related work. I’m looking to bring my practical problem-solving, administrative support, and customer service experience to a long-term team role.
