I am a detail-oriented Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, system installation, and hardware maintenance. I have supported faculty and staff by diagnosing software, hardware, and network issues, maintaining IT inventories, and ensuring equipment readiness.

During a technical support internship at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, I installed and configured workstations, printers, and system applications, managed equipment check-in/check-out and asset tracking, and assisted with system updates. I contributed to reliable IT operations through hardware troubleshooting, software configuration, and operating system setup.

As part of my capstone, I designed and developed a local network–based Clinic Management System using VB .NET and MySQL, handling database design, local server configuration, ODBC integration, and Agile Scrum–style testing and documentation. I am passionate about building IT solutions and continuously learning new technologies.
