I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer service, administrative discipline, and financial controls—while leveraging my Marketing background to grow into strategic Marketing Management and support high-level organizational growth.

I’m a results-driven operational and customer service professional with a strong academic foundation in Marketing (HND) and 5+ years of operational management experience across the real estate and education sectors. I consistently bridge customer relations with essential administrative and financial controls, coordinating teams and improving processes to deliver better client outcomes.

In my current role as a Front desk Officer and Customer Service Representative, I manage client relations as the primary point of contact, apply CRM principles with organized client databases and follow-up protocols, and support financial documentation including accounts receivable and cash-flow reporting. Previously, as an Office Administrator, I led digital communication through social media, handled fee payments and account reconciliation, generated monthly financial performance reports, and managed stakeholder correspondence and major academic/administrative events—experiences that reinforce how I combine service excellence with disciplined reporting to support leadership decisions.
