What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote or flexible role within People/HR, Employee Relations, Operations or Business Support, with opportunities that can be remote, hybrid, part-time or flexible.

At B&Q, I progressed from Customer Advisor / Replenishment through team leader and management roles to Trading Team Manager. I currently manage trading, operational and people performance across Decor, Showrooms, Stockflow and Range Change.

I manage a team of 12 and have previously managed teams of up to 22. My work includes recruitment and onboarding, coaching and development, and performance and attendance management.

I support disciplinary, grievance and workplace investigation processes, working with HR / Employee Relations teams on sensitive matters. I also plan staffing and workloads, monitor KPIs, and use SAP and Workforce Manager to support business and people processes.
