I’m looking for a sales-focused role where I can build client relationships, hit targets, handle objections confidently, and lead with energy—continuing to develop while delivering strong, customer-first results.

I’m a motivated, results-driven professional with experience in sales, customer service, and team leadership. I’ve consistently built strong customer relationships by identifying needs, handling objections professionally, and communicating solutions with confidence.

At B&Q, I progressed into a Shift Supervisor role by leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment. I oversee day-to-day operations, resolve queries and complaints, support tailored product recommendations, manage stock levels and merchandising, and maintain productivity during busy trading periods.

I previously worked as a Marketing Sales Agent at NPA Marketing in a target-driven environment where I identified and qualified prospects, generated leads, handled objections to maximise conversion, and followed up to nurture opportunities. I’m now looking to contribute these skills within a sales-focused role where I can keep developing and delivering strong results.
