What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can support people and solve problems fast—bringing my customer service, team leadership, and communication skills to Customer Success or recruitment-focused work.

I’m a customer-focused professional with experience in customer service, hospitality, and retail operations, backed by strong communication in both Dutch and English. At H&M in Maastricht, I assisted customers with inquiries, complaints, and problem resolution, completing a Management Traineeship and acting as a full-time Team Manager. I also managed and supported nearly three teams simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.

I’m passionate about working with people and creating positive experiences, and I’ve built my approach through hands-on roles in busy environments like PLUS Supermarket, Kruidvat, and Fletcher Hotels. I’m currently interested in remote opportunities across Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, Talent Sourcing, and Customer Support, where I can keep solving problems, supporting customers, and helping teams succeed.
