What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer-first integrated digital, CRM, e-commerce and retail initiatives where I can bring structure to complex delivery, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable commercial and customer impact.

At ARC, a Publicis Groupe Agency, I lead integrated 360, CRM, social and digital campaigns across brand and partner retail platforms including Clicks, Dis-Chem and Checkers60. I align strategic objectives with execution, manage dependencies across creative, production, CRM and retail teams, and maintain launch readiness.

I've delivered digital commerce initiatives, loyalty programmes, product launches and always-on content across Beauty, FMCG, Healthcare, Telecommunications and Financial Services. My work combines strategic client leadership with hands-on project delivery, from campaign briefing and budget allocation through quality assurance, deployment, reporting and optimisation.
