As Founder & CEO of P&M Cosmetics (2000-2024), I formulated & launched 90%+ of EU-standard skincare line and oversaw the end-to-end product lifecycle: sourcing, formulation, EU compliance, manufacturing, and B2B distribution. I also built and managed a distributed sales network with 55 reps across 3 countries, directing remote operations with async collaboration.
