What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a senior supply chain or operations role in e-commerce, DTC, or physical products. My strengths are demand and inventory planning, forecasting, procurement and sourcing, supplier/3PL management, logistics, and fulfillment. I enjoy connecting planning with execution and building scalable processes and KPIs.

I design and lead scalable supply chain and operations systems for eCommerce and DTC brands. My work focuses on forecasting, planning, cross-functional alignment, and building the operational discipline companies need once intuition stops working.

I started in procurement and category management and grew into end-to-end supply chain and strategic operations. This gives me a full view of how demand planning, marketing, finance, and execution influence each other.

I build forecasting models based on clean inputs, reduce noise in decision making, and create workflows that make teams faster and more consistent. I’ve led operational planning and SKU-level performance analysis across EU/US channels, built dashboards to correct data distortions, and developed semi-automated operational models integrating sales signals, marketing inputs, and inbound timelines.

To keep execution tight, I establish KPI reviews and standardized SOPs, implement cross-functional purchasing workflows, and improve supplier and 3PL coordination. I also connect operational plans to cashflow with scenario-based adjustments, so teams can scale without chaos.
