I'm leading plant operations for CHEP Italia, coordinating 16 subcontracted service centers and hubs across Italy while managing three sub-region managers. I drive plant start-ups, tariff negotiations, budget monitoring, and improvement programs across capacity, productivity, cost, quality, and service.
Previously at Loro Piana, I coordinated process engineers and technicians across four manufacturing plants as a lean manufacturing and lean organization ambassador. I managed capital expenditure planning and implemented new technologies with R&D, senior management, and external suppliers.
At Amazon Italia Logistica, I progressed from team lead to fulfillment center operations manager and process engineer. I led teams of up to 100 associates, owned safety, quality, productivity, warehouse configuration, and network-wide continuous-improvement projects including variation reduction and cross-site benchmarking.
I've also co-founded and run a basketball club for 11 years, combining administration, budgeting, coaching, recruitment, and stakeholder liaison. I bring a hands-on, data-driven approach to building capable teams and improving complex operations.
