I’m a manufacturing stream lead and senior consultant with 6+ years delivering SAP MII programs across international acquisitions, where I own my area end-to-end—from requirements and BBP through UAT and go-live—while keeping the business close.

On 3 major Ferrero M&A programs (Ferrara Candy USA, ICFC, Faulbach Germany), I acted as the primary point of contact between the manufacturing business and the broader project team, facilitating workshops, aligning with the Ferrero manufacturing manager on critical decisions, and ensuring the business was fully supported at every stage.

I’ve also owned hardware selection and procurement for manufacturing devices, coordinating a UI/UX ecosystem spanning SAP MII terminals, label printers, and RF infrastructure, and I’ve coordinated teams of 2–5 technical resources. Across multiple plant go-lives, I applied Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing principles to drive smooth transitions and operational continuity.

Most recently, I’m bringing that same end-to-end ownership into product—founding PECDesk, a B2B SaaS micro-product for intelligent management of Italian certified email (PEC), with AI-powered inbox monitoring, message classification, and regulatory deadline alerts. I’m designing the experience in Figma and building with Next.js, Supabase, and TypeScript, validating the opportunity through user interviews and competitive analysis.
