What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead SaaS or platform initiatives where I can combine product strategy, UX research, analytics, and cross-functional delivery to improve customer experiences and operational outcomes.

I founded MVédia to build a B2B2C healthcare SaaS platform delivering entertainment services through managed iPads for dialysis patients. I defined its strategy and roadmap from discovery through optimisation, while achieving 99.9% uptime over three years.

Previously at AKLIA Group, I directed a €25M portfolio of healthcare digital-platform initiatives across more than 300 facilities. I led the redesign of the core platform, consolidating five legacy systems into one SaaS ecosystem and building Power BI dashboards that generated €85K in annual savings.

At HoistGroup, I managed customer-facing digital experiences for international five-star hospitality clients across EMEA, spanning mobile apps, IPTV, CMS, POS, IoT, and connected-room services. I coordinated design, engineering, operations, support, commercial teams, and international deployments while helping win five critical new clients.

My background combines nine years in product management with six years in UX research and product discovery. I bring an MSc in Computer Science, PMP certification, and practical experience using product analytics, AI automation, Python, APIs, and hybrid agile delivery.
