I’m looking to lead end-to-end digital product roadmaps—especially in digital identity and data—within regulated, multi-stakeholder environments, partnering closely with engineering and go-to-market teams to deliver measurable adoption and business value.

I’m a product leader with 9+ years delivering end-to-end digital products across digital identity, data, and regulated environments (mobility and financial services). I own roadmaps from discovery and prioritisation through engineering partnership, go-to-market, and value realisation.

At Volkswagen Financial Services AG, I lead customer-facing digital identity products across multiple markets. I built scalable identity capabilities (scaled coverage from 10 to 40 use cases), reduced duplicated implementation effort by 3×, and improved launch execution—cutting activation lead time from 12 to 4 weeks and launch blockers by 50%.

I also define measurable success using OKRs and KPI reporting (activation rate, MAU, completion rate, error rate) to prove post-launch value and align senior stakeholders. Earlier, I shaped digital/data strategy as a Senior Consultant (ROI-based prioritisation, GDPR/IT security assessments) and drove digital workplace adoption as a Digital Change Consultant.
