Product Owner / Business Analyst with four years of delivery on business-critical platforms for large international organisations, now based in Kuala Lumpur.

At Warner Bros. Discovery / Eurosport, I owned product delivery for a booking and scheduling platform used across 40 channels and more than 100 daily operational users. I led a system integration that migrated a legacy platform's data flows in successive lots, without interrupting daily broadcast operations. I owned the roadmap and backlog across multiple business units, authored requirements under a SOX compliance framework where traceability and audit-ready documentation were obligations, coordinated an 11-person cross-functional team, and contributed to more than 50 production releases. After an external audit I rebuilt our agile delivery process, improving incident resolution time and team productivity.

At TF1 Group, I was Product Owner of Emission, the central metadata repository used across five-plus business units, where I defined the product vision, backlog priorities and delivery roadmap, and facilitated all agile ceremonies for a seven-person team. Earlier, as Project Manager at IER, I owned the TePV application across product, delivery and support. At Orange, I designed and delivered a supervision management product from proof of concept to cloud deployment.

My engineering degree is in Data Science and Telecommunications, and I work with Python, REST APIs and SQL — enough to hold my own in technical design discussions rather than relying on others to explain what a system does. I also use AI daily in my work: I built an AI-assisted specification workflow in Cursor for drafting requirements, acceptance criteria and test cases, with human review as a rule rather than an afterthought.

I have spent four years in distributed teams across Paris, London and India, so remote work is a way of working I know rather than a constraint I am adapting to. I am available immediately, six hours ahead of Central European Time, which leaves a wide overlap with the European working day.
