I've supported Mac, Windows, and iOS devices while delivering customer-focused technical assistance. At Intel through Compucom, I tracked and closed orders in ServiceNow, managed computer inventory, distributed equipment, and prepared devices for redistribution and e-waste handling.

My background also includes warehouse operations, electronics sorting, machine operation, and park maintenance for the City of Hillsboro. I've handled order picking, loading, inventory counts, equipment operation, groundskeeping, and maintenance records.

I bring practical experience with computer hardware, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, hand and power tools, facilities maintenance, and customer service. I hold a BA in American Sign Language Studies and am authorized to work in the United States.
