I’m looking for an IT support role delivering responsive, hands-on troubleshooting. I want to help non-technical users, resolve issues quickly at first contact, and keep improving my skills in Windows, networking, and remote support.

I bring 5+ years of front-line, high-volume service experience and a solid IT foundation, including a B.S. in Computer Science and CompTIA A+ certification. Now, I’m focused on hands-on IT support—building and upgrading PCs, configuring operating systems, diagnosing devices, and troubleshooting home Wi‑Fi and network connectivity.
