Previously, I managed the daily operations of two Stromanger Jeans Centre locations in Noordwijk and Katwijk. I led, coached, and trained employees; handled recruitment, performance conversations, sickness absence, scheduling, financial administration, customer satisfaction, and complaints.

As manager at ’t Zusje Noordwijk, I directed a team of around 40 employees and kept daily operations running smoothly. I enjoy listening carefully, thinking along with customers, and finding fitting solutions in challenging situations.

With over six years of customer-contact experience, I work independently, communicate clearly, and bring energy to helping people leave with a positive feeling.
