Laura Bautista Santos

I am a retail professional with hands-on experience providing exceptional customer service in fast-paced stores, most recently at Protest, Sugar City Style Outlet and previously at Hard Rock Cafe in Amsterdam. I guide customers through product selection using clear product knowledge and a positive presence.

In addition to frontline retail, I have led operations as a teamleader handling stock control, order preparation and packaging for international clients at Schreurs Holland B.V., and performed order picking and plant maintenance at Greenzer.

I work well under pressure, adapt quickly, and enjoy multicultural teams; I speak Spanish natively and have a high level of English. I am responsible, punctual, and keen to continue growing in customer-facing retail and operational roles.
