I’m targeting internal Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or Systems Analyst roles where my process analysis, requirements documentation, and system thinking deliver real business outcomes—backed by strong SDLC ownership and UAT/change support.

I’m a senior HR technology professional with 10 years of experience operating at the intersection of business needs and system capability — working across the full delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering and functional specification writing through UAT coordination, change management, and post-implementation review.

Currently at Centre of Excellence level at Sage, I act as the senior escalation point for complex functional and technical challenges across the Africa and Middle East region, stepping in where Business Partners need capacity support and creating reusable SOPs, configuration guides, and BRDs that lift delivery standards across the partner network.

I’m now looking to bring this depth into an internal Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or Systems Analyst role — somewhere output-based where expertise and delivery speak for themselves.
