At SimplePay, I produced functional specifications for an ISO 27001 user-access audit and access-control enhancements. I also documented requirements for structured addresses in the Irish payroll system to meet European Payments Council requirements and designed the related UI in Figma.
At Old Mutual Insure, I worked on the ICE project, producing integration specifications and coordinating implementation and testing for third-party claims integrations, including Motor Fast Track and Non-Motor claims processes. I also investigated defects and contributed to process redesign and testing.
At First National Bank, I managed a team of six Systems Analysts and documented the Documentum architecture across Dev, QA, SIT/UAT and Prod environments. I also contributed to defining and testing failover, high-availability and disaster-recovery scenarios.
Across my work in banking, insurance, telecommunications and the public sector, I’ve combined requirements analysis with systems, data and integration analysis. I’ve produced technical and functional specifications, supported quality assurance, and mentored and trained team members.
