I'm currently supporting a large-scale mining client at Deloitte Africa, administering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data across the employee lifecycle and managing SuccessFactors-to-SAP replication. I resolve ServiceNow cases, maintain HR master data, validate data syncing, and improve recurring HR processes across hybrid operations.
Previously at SAP, I monitored replication jobs, resolved integration issues, supported configuration changes, and performed SIT for quarterly releases. My certified SuccessFactors experience spans Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Time Management, and SAP Analytics Cloud, backed by HR administration, compliance, documentation, and stakeholder support experience.
