I am a dedicated and focused administrative support professional with a strong track record of prioritizing and independently managing tasks and workload. I excel at accomplishing objectives and meeting deadlines with enthusiasm and humor. With my flexible and reliable nature, I leverage my interpersonal skills and maintain a high standard of confidentiality to provide exceptional customer service to both clients and management.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. I am also proficient in Skype for Business and have a typing speed of 60 words per minute. Additionally, I have experience with software such as Patriot V2 CRM, QuickBooks, CCH ProSystem FX, and proofreading/editing. I am a multitasker who can handle various responsibilities simultaneously.

In my most recent role at Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, I have been responsible for posting gift entry batches, managing donor and member data in the CRM, processing payments, resolving member payment and website access issues, and generating fundraising analytic reports. I have also gained experience in proofreading campaign materials and newsletters.

Prior to that, I worked as an Administrative Assistant at West Morris Welsh CPA's PC, where I reconciled bank statements, processed client mailings, and provided billing and QuickBooks support. At the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, I served as a Senior Administrative Assistant, where I onboarded new employees, ordered equipment and software, and completed analytical projects in support of financial and inventory reporting. As an Office Manager at Genex Services, LLC, I handled invoicing, bill review, proofreading and editing, and provided software training and technical support to field case managers.
