What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own API/software troubleshooting end-to-end, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and keep building practical systems using SQL/MongoDB and modern dev tools.

I’m a multilingual technical support professional who’s currently diagnosing and resolving software and API issues for 50+ enterprise clients. At B2List, I validate problems in Postman and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders while owning the full troubleshooting path from diagnosis to resolution.

I bring working fluency in SQL and MongoDB, and I use PostgreSQL data to reconcile application behavior during investigations. I also independently built and maintain a production monitoring pipeline—integrating PostgreSQL and Firebase and publishing automated HTML monitoring dashboards on a scheduled run.

Beyond support, I’m hands-on with development: Python, TypeScript, React Native/Expo, Git, and Docker. I built a maintenance-management system for JTS Manutenção (1st place, Expo Tech 2025), and I’m the sole developer of a 22-screen React Native pediatric rehabilitation app, where I owned onboarding, progress tracking, and PDF reporting.
