What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in technical support, application sustainment, or software development where I can troubleshoot incidents, investigate integrations, work with Linux and SQL, and continue growing in systems analysis.

I've supported clients at Compusis Informática by resolving incidents and questions involving systems, computers, and networks. I diagnose application failures, investigate reported issues, query data, and provide remote guidance to users.

I've also built and maintained web applications as a freelancer, including a multi-tenant WhatsApp automation platform using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, Next.js, Linux, and Docker. My development background helps me investigate logs, troubleshoot asynchronous processing and integrations, and identify root causes.

I'm currently studying Systems Analysis and Development and bring experience with support, application sustainment, databases, REST APIs, and web development.
