After 5 years as a software engineer, I’m transitioning into IT Support / Help Desk. Debugging, reading React.js logs, and explaining technical problems clearly have been part of my routine, and I want to apply that mindset to support users directly.

I’m used to seeing a problem through from the first report to the fix. I pick up new tools quickly, and I focus on performance, scalability, and best practices while delivering reliable outcomes.

In front-end roles across e-commerce environments, I developed and maintained projects using React, Next.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, and VTEX (including VTEX IO and VTEX Faststore). I also worked with legacy environments such as jQuery and contributed to integrations and technical challenge solving.

I value clean code, clear communication, and continuous maintenance and evolution of ongoing projects. I’ve worked well in teams and had the opportunity to mentor junior developers—habits I carry into a support-focused role where users need both accuracy and empathy.
