What I'm looking for
I’m an HR projects and people change professional experienced in managing stakeholders at various levels of the organisation across different industries, delivering strategic HR initiatives in the East Africa region. I’ve supported Boards to arrive at solutions that were successfully implemented, and I’m comfortable leading work that requires clear communication, strong governance, and practical execution.
I was the Technical Lead for the Bank of Kigali restructuring assignment, including the review of the operating model. In the same organisation (2020–2021), I led and managed a comprehensive competence assessment for over 1000 employees, designing the competence development strategy that was taken “all the way to Board level.”
My consulting background also strengthens how I deliver: I’ve designed competency framework approaches (behavioural, technical, and functional), built implementation approaches across talent management processes, and coordinated risk management and issue management frameworks. I bring end-to-end capability across organisation design initiatives, culture surveys and audits, reward philosophy development, job evaluation and salary structuring, people analytics/reporting, and change management—while training HR teams and HoDs so the outcomes stick.
