My consulting experience at Deloitte, Captivite Consulting, and as an independent HR consultant has honed my ability to partner with diverse organizations to design and implement people strategies that enhance employee engagement, organizational design and development, drive culture transformation, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Meanwhile, my corporate leadership roles at Power Shift Africa, 4G Capital, and Janus Continental Group have equipped me with hands-on experience in managing employee relations, leading change management efforts, and advising executive leadership on HR best practices.

In my most recent role at Power Shift Africa, I successfully developed and implemented comprehensive HR policies, ensuring compliance across Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and the UK. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in leading change management initiatives and employee engagement programs, ensuring seamless transitions and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
