What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic education operations where I can align policy, systems, and cross-functional teams to improve workflows, reduce operational barriers, and expand learner opportunities.

At Southern New Hampshire University, I lead emerging credential operations, aligning transfer articulation and Credit for Prior Learning policies across institutional teams. I use PowerBI, data analysis, and process documentation to identify risks, improve workflows, and support scalable educational solutions.

Previously, I helped cut alternative credential processing times in half while leading interoperable working groups, strengthening student data-system integration, and coaching Transfer Articulation Specialists and Assistant Registrars. I also support graduate learners as an adjunct faculty member in education leadership.

My work spans student services, admissions, CRM architecture, executive operations, and large-scale fundraising. I bring 15+ years of experience turning complex strategic priorities into practical operating rhythms that expand opportunities for learners.
