At Florida State University, I lead academic operations and student success strategy for more than 3,600 undergraduate students across 14+ majors. I use institutional data to monitor enrollment, advising, academic performance, and graduation trends.
I designed academic recovery strategies for students on probation or dismissal; 63 of 121+ students returned to good standing. I also contributed to sustained four-year graduation rates of 86–89%.
I led the design and full-scale launch of the Integrated Studies pilot, building its Academic Affairs infrastructure and accelerating the launch by one semester. I developed advising tools and frameworks to support consistent, scalable student guidance.
I’ve designed advising models, trained academic advisors, and led process improvements including a college-wide Combined Pathways process and implementation of CoreFSU curriculum changes. My work has also included coaching advising teams and contributing to university-wide enrollment and student success strategy.
