Tatiana Medina

I am an operations and program management leader with more than 10 years of experience across higher education, business operations, and financial operations. My experience includes building scalable processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, improving workflows, supporting executive planning, and translating organizational priorities into operational execution.

At Alen South Lake University, I served as Director of Admissions & Student Services and University Registrar, where I helped build the operational infrastructure of a developing higher education institution. I designed and improved admissions, enrollment, and student records workflows and led CRM implementation strategy, including automated communications and applicant lifecycle processes that reduced manual work and improved operational efficiency.

I partnered across marketing, IT, web development, faculty, academic leadership, and executive leadership to coordinate initiatives, resolve operational challenges, improve processes, and support institutional priorities. My work also included policy development, accreditation readiness, compliance, academic operations, and executive planning related to organizational efficiency and program delivery.

Earlier in my career, I led academic operations at Fiorella Preparatory School and managed credit and collections operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, customer accounts, and workflow improvement.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an IBM Project Manager Professional Certificate. I am particularly interested in remote opportunities in program management, business operations, operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and education operations.
