At Montgomery College, I direct the ACES high school program and help students move from high school into college. I led the design and implementation of the Pathway to Success Model, aligning programming, partnerships, and student support services.
As Associate Director, I manage program operations, personnel, and a budget of $650,000+. I also use program data and student feedback to refine services, and I designed large-scale summer career exploration and college readiness programs serving 600+ students annually.
Earlier, as an ACES Student Success Coordinator, I supported Black and Latinx students and other students identified as at risk of not attending or completing college. I created a financial literacy curriculum adopted across the pathway program and managed personalized success plans for students.
I also teach First Year Student Development and Dual Enrollment courses as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Virginia Community College. My work across higher education, K–12, and community settings has focused on improving learner access, engagement, and progress through education and career pathways.
