I’m looking for a role where I can combine ESL support, customer service, and technical troubleshooting—working with clear SLAs, reliable teams, and opportunities to keep upskilling while delivering consistent quality.

I’m an ESL tutor and customer support professional who brings strong problem-solving, incident management, and a consistent focus on customer SLA and lesson quality. In my current role, I deliver engaging online English lessons in both individual and group settings while identifying, troubleshooting, and escalating technical issues as needed.

Across transcription and training experience, I’ve delivered accurate, timely transcripts across Business, Legal, Medical, and Entertainment fields, meeting strict deadlines with discretion and secrecy. I also support teams through onboarding, refresher training, and upskilling—so customers receive reliable service and smooth operations from day one.
